Nice to meet you
My name is Daniel Gefen, a haredi Clinical Social Worker (MSW) a psychotherapist specializing in working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents.
I believe that every person—at any age and in any situation—carries within them innate powers of healing and growth, and my role as a therapist is to help them discover and strengthen those inner resources.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum, children coping with anxiety, and those who have experienced emotional or sexual trauma. In addition, I provide parental guidance for parents seeking tools and insights to better support their children—even when the child is not in therapy themselves.
My therapeutic approach is empathic, sensitive, and relationship-based, tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family.
Sessions are offered in my clinics located in Ramat Beit Shemesh and Ramot, Jerusalem.
